"I just wanted to take a moment to share with you my experience with two of your agents. Paul and Tim were representing the seller for 9916 Channing Lane and I was representing the buyers.
My buyers were paying cash for the home and unlike many buyers these days- they were an older couple so they are "last time buyers" most likely. After months of searching with them for just the right home- we came across their listing on Channing Lane. It checked all the boxes and after knowing their needs so well after all the time we had spent together- we knew this was the house for them.
After offering on the home and receiving verbal acceptance from the seller who was in California and hangling the estate- Paul and Tim ran into some difficulty with their seller. Needless to say, this transaction could have been the easiest and quickest on record due to the cash purchase and quick requested closing date- but that was not to be. The seller was very difficult for their agents to work with and even her attorney was to the point he wanted to terminate the relationship.
Evidently, the seller had some issues that kept her from clearly communicating with her agents. That is putting it mildly. I just wanted to take the time to say that despite all the back and forth and misleading information the seller gave her agents- we finally closed after a bit of a delay and I appreciate the persistence and professionalism of both Paul and Tim.
None of us were sure that we were going to even be able to close at various times of the process. It wasn't until the father got involved that the primary seller contact began performing per the contract. Paul and Tim were always great at keeping me updated with the information as best they knew.
It was a very stressful transaction for all of us, but they were instrumental and really went the extra mile for their seller and were very pleasant and helpful to my buyers. At any point - the buyers could have just walked but Paul and Tim helped me keep my buyers engaged and patient.
